While enrolling participants, I request the Sponsoring Employers to Sponsor Performers. It is the Performers who are always seeking new ways to do better, consciously or unconsciously. While seeking incremental solutions consciously they seek peer interaction within their group of friends and colleagues. I have observed that during the sessions they are seeking answers unconsciously through queries that can be a challenge. In fact in an open interactive workthru session it is these participants that set the ball rolling.
The strength of these sessions is derived from the interaction. This is a major reason for seeking that participants be deputed in teams of Two . The reporting back at Office is more complete and this team could become internal resources for trying a brainstorming session in house, to improve results.
